1. Timeliness guarantee of quality fault handling
If the Xingyu goods you purchased fail during the warranty period, the Xingyu After-sales Service Department will start counting after receiving the failed goods and confirming that they are quality failures (subject to the relevant laws and regulations such as the National Three Guarantees Law). Within 15 working days (working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 every Monday to Friday, except for legal holidays, power outages and other situations that cannot be handled normally), the solution to the post-sale problem shall be provided.
